NCO Training Camp part 1
Been in skool for monday to tuesday for the NCO Training Camp...
This is the first time i went for NCO Training Camp as the unit instructor... this definately gaf me a very different perspective of the camp as from before... Basically, in this camp, i learnt how to look at cadets as well as some new skills... as a whole, the cadets dun look good... however, there r a few potential ones which i think can be groomed into good ncos... from the course, i haf seen the true colours of cadets with regards to their attitude n personality...
Basically... i m now relatively tired... going to slp soon...
