Run!!

Yes... i went to run at a nearby canal today... its a nice canal...

2km in n 2 km out... of course i nvr run at one shot... cause inside, got this fitness corner.. so stop to use that corner b4 moving on... wah... it has been one week since i ran... felt to uneasy... after today's run.. feel so energetic.. haha...

Right... other than that... i also went to skool for a meeting today...
